These terms govern multi-site agency subscriptions of SquareSync for Woo. By purchasing an agency subscription you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Use.
An agency subscription provides a single pooled license key covering the number of site seats you purchase. The same key is installed on each client site, and seats can be freely reassigned between sites as your client roster changes.
Agency licensing exists so you can deploy SquareSync for Woo on sites you actively manage. It is not a reseller program: license keys, seats, and activations may not be sold, rented, sublicensed, or transferred to anyone as a product of their own.
Every activated site must belong to a client with whom you have an active, ongoing service relationship. When a client leaves your agency, their seat must be deactivated or the client must purchase their own license.
