SquareSync now uses a secure OAuth 2.0 connection—no access token or manual setup required. You can connect your Square account directly from the plugin dashboard in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Open the Plugin Settings #

In your WordPress admin panel, go to:
SWS Pro → Settings

Step 2: Click “Connect to Square” #

You’ll see a “Connect to Square” button. Click it to begin the secure authorization process.

Step 3: Authorize the Connection #

You’ll be redirected to Square’s secure login and authorization page. Log in with your Square account and approve the connection.

💡 You can connect both sandbox and production environments depending on your testing or live store needs.

Step 4: Connection Complete #

Once authorized, you’ll be returned to your WordPress site with your Square account securely connected. No tokens, no copy-pasting—just seamless setup.
