Welcome to SquareWooSync, the premier WordPress plugin offered by SquareWooSync (“we,” “us,” “our”). Designed to seamlessly sync inventory between Square and WooCommerce, our plugin automates inventory management for your WordPress site, enhancing productivity and streamlining operations.

By subscribing to and utilizing SquareWooSync, you (the “Subscriber,” “User,” “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of SquareWooSync, and any related services provided by SquareWooSync.

Please review these Terms carefully before subscription and use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use SquareWooSync.

  1. Acceptance of Terms Acceptance: By using SquareWooSync, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the plugin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case “you” will refer to the organization.
  2. Description of Service SquareWooSync is a WordPress plugin that provides live syncing of inventory between Square and WooCommerce, offering features such as automatic sync, dynamic data image import, and variations support, all packaged within an intuitive user interface.
  3. Subscription Fees, Payment, and Trial Period Fees: The subscription fee for SquareWooSync is $32.95 per month or $316 annually. All fees are quoted in USD and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect the current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals.Payment: Fees are billed at the beginning of the subscription period and will auto-renew monthly or annually until canceled by the Subscriber. Payment is accepted via credit card.
  4. License Grant and Restrictions License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SquareWooSync for your personal or business use on websites owned or controlled by you.Restrictions: You may not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party SquareWooSync in any way; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon SquareWooSync; (iii) create Internet “links” to the service or “frame” or “mirror” any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; (iv) reverse engineer or access SquareWooSync to (a) build a competitive product or service, (b) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics of SquareWooSync, or (c) copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of SquareWooSync.
  5. Updates, Maintenance, and Support Updates: We periodically release updates for SquareWooSync, which include enhancements to current features, new features, and bug fixes. Subscribers will receive updates automatically.Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance to improve SquareWooSync will occur during selected low-usage times. During these periods, SquareWooSync may be temporarily unavailable.Support: Dedicated support is available to all subscribers. Support includes email support and a support ticket system. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  6. Cancellation, Refund Policy, and Termination Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your license to use SquareWooSync will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription for all new subscribers. If SquareWooSync does not meet your needs, contact customer support within the guarantee period to request a refund. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and account if you breach these Terms. In such an event, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  7. Modifications to Terms and Plugin We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use SquareWooSync after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification Disclaimer: SquareWooSync is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.Limitation of Liability: In no event will SquareWooSync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use SquareWooSync; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on SquareWooSync; (iii) any content obtained from SquareWooSync; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SquareWooSync and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of SquareWooSync, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on SquareWooSync.
  9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
